Facilitate4Me aims to make change transitions desirable, achievable and beneficial for people and organisations. One of our tools for making this happen is by volunteering our expertise to initiatives which positively benefit individuals and society. The transport sector is critical to any society and facilitating diversity within it is key. Women make up 47 per cent of the UK workforce yet remain underrepresented in the transport sector accounting for only 22 per cent of workers. We are proud volunteers to the Women in Transport Advance mentoring programme as well as the Women in Rail mentoring programme.
Women in Transport is a not-for-profit that empowers women to maximise their potential. The Advance mentoring programme is designed by women in transport for women in transport.
